The majority of the population eek out a meager existence, whilst the upper echelon live in the lap of luxury, oblivious or perhaps immune, to the surrounding poverty, with one exception - Fatima Khawaja. Patriotic and Western-educated, Fatima wants to bring change to Pakitan, NOW! Crashing and burning, Fatima and her four friends, finally discover a language of hope and inspiration. Come journey with them as they give back to their motherland, one cause at a time.
